Karen: It is nice to hear from you in the morning. Your messages brighten my day. At "GNC" have you considered buying any other herbs to add to your "Transfemme" suppliments. There are suppliments that inhibit "Testostorone" like "Fenugreek" . And if you eat more "Soy" products as they have "Estrogen" like compounds in them. Like Soy Tofu, Soy Milk, Soy burger ect. Check out "Bolero Labs" on the internet. You might find more information there. Well I will log on tonight to here from you again.

To answer your question as to how long I'v been on TF it has been about two weeks, so it is too soon to have any results to report. Also, I am using a protien shake, one fron a local GNC. It uses whey protien powder, which I understand from Eric is ga good substitute.

As for laser hair removal, I have a conciltation set up for Friday morning. I find out all the particulars for bread removal and post them. As for chest and back and any other areas girls shouldn't have hair, I say this: When I was going to do this transition last time, I met a couple of transgender women and posed my concern on my rather unfemale hair locations. This is what I was told: Hormons take care of those areas. And Transfemme says that it will decrease growth rate. Which, I believe will eventually eliminate that hair. I intend on waxing (ouch!) it at first.
I too wouuld like to continue to converse freely. And there is a way. I'll try the PM, (private message) link.

No, my spouse doesn't have that kind of hold on me. I am currently taking Transfemme or rather Bountiful Breast without her knowledge. I figure I have 3-4 months before any obvious changes occur. Then I will cross that bridge at that time.

KAREN: You said you purged twice before. Were you on other herbal breast growth suppliments. Or were you on estrogen injections? How far were you along each time before you purged. What physical and emotional changes did you experience before stopped purged. You know you sound like me where you want to experience the changes but are afraid of the social implications.
Is you wife still with you or did she leave you. If she is still with you does she support you on your new path of life?
KAREN: Thank you very much for the book referral . I will see if it is at the library and check it out. Maybe I will find myself in "Wrapped in Blue".
Does your wife have some kind of hold on you? Are you waiting for her permission? I would think you and your wife would part ways so you can follow the path where your heart leads you. It seems to me that your door is open and you are standing there and not walking through the door. Oh I forgot to ask, are you on any kind of medication other than "Transfemme"? Your decision should be made with a clear mind not clouded with anti-depressents. If your mind is clear of mood altering drugs and your decision is still grounded in reality then do what your heart tells you to do.

Dear GreenGrass,
The first time I started I was not using any supplements or hormones. I was experimenting with clothing and make-up. I even had solicited some help from a local wig shop owner. She was very supportive as she had a brother who also felt that he should have been born a girl. But as it was during that time, some 40 years ago, he was shamed and beaten and ended up by sacrificing his own life rather than live.
She help immensely with make-up and wig selection. Sadly, as she was an older person, she closed up her shop and retired. This was a shame as I was gaining confidence. I should say here that my spouse did not know of my experimentations.
Shortly after that, I threw out every thing.
About a year and a half later, I decide to seek professional help. I for a center for transgender counselling near enough to drive to. I had four sessions stretched out over six months. I talked her listened, and he diagnosed me as gender dysphoria.
I began again with clothing, breast forms, make up. This was fall of 2008. I decide to tell my spouse. I was in tears as I explained my thoughts and fears. She said she was so sorry that I had suffered alone in silence with this. At this same time, my boss had been poking around on my work computer and apparently found some of my research material.
He confronted me on it. I confessed that I had gender issues and that I was seeking counselling. I was very emotional during this as well. He said that I could continue with counselling if I wished. But he knew someone at a local business he dealt with that a Transgendered woman working there and that she was absolutely miserable with her decision. He went on to say that early on he had similar feelings. What I needed was a hobby or some other distraction.
So, I did that very thing. I was on transfemme at that time. I had been on it about four weeks and had begun to have a tingling feeling in my breasts. No development as yet but I was certain is was coming. But I purged yet again. Throwing every thing out. I took all the clothing and breast forms to the Goodwill store and the pills and make-up went to the trash bins.
I told my spouse that I would try to put it behind me, and I hoped she would forgive me.
Today, finds my sleeping in a separate bedroom. I'm not sure if this is due to my wanting to be a woman or due to her having enough of my tossing a bit during the night. In any event, I feel this gives me a bit of opportunity to pursue a female form.
I am not surprised that my story sound similar to your situation. I read a book, Wrapped in Blue, two years ago. It chronicled the life of someone like us from early childhood into a married with children adult who finally came to grips with her desire to be female. It covers her transition all the way through post operation. A very touching and emotional read because her life sounds like mine. I highly recommend reading this.

I wanted to pierce my nipples like 25 years ago . I finally did it about six years ago. I did it myself. Maybe my breasts are growing because I am in my mid fiftys and the natural balance of testotorone to estrogen is changeing for me.
My breasts must be noticeable. My breasts were grabbed by another male employee at my former place of employment. At that time I only had my left nipple pierced with a gold ring. That is the breast he grabbed . I quit that job , but that is not why I quit.
I am very nervous about opening up on this forum. I am sure you understand. I await you next reply.
Karen: I have found a new friend. The substance was, I think, was a water soluble rust inhibitor machining fluid. My hands were in it when ever I was working in the CNC machining center. Who knows how much I absorbed through my skin over a twenty five year period. My Father also had "Man Boobs" but that when he was in his 70's to 80's. It could be one thing or a combination of factors haveing already grown small "A" cup breasts.
Yes I understand that with herbal breast suppliments erections may not be possible anymore. I guess one has to decide which one wants permanent beautiful breasts or an erection once and a while. I prefer large breasts for myself. I would also like my nipples to noticeably protrude out. I am told I can achive this with suction cups in a snake bite kit.
I actually hate haveing any hair on my body except for my head and my eye brows. If I had the money for electrolisis hair removel I would have "ALL" my hair on my body, except for my head and eye brows, permently removed . I absolutely detest shaveing my face and I can't stand haveing hair anywhere on my body except for my head and eyebrows. I have a very coarse beard growth on my face. If I shaved my face every day I get many shaveing irritations . So I shave every three days. Every so often I shave my entire body "EVERYWHERE" . It feels so wonderful and clean.
Well I opened up a little bit more. It is nice to have someone to tell these things to. I would like to hear about your progress on "TRANSFEMME" herbal suppliments and you experiences leading you to useing "TRANSFEMME" to change your body image.

I understand your nervousness. We all have that. But here it is anonymous. I can't get to you and I don't think you can get to me. So here I go………
What kind of substances? Any thing dangerous or possibly carcinogenic? I hope not.
Your breast growth may indeed be due to the natural aging process. I recently read an online article that spelled out the changes in male levels of testosterone and estrogen. As we age, the levels of testosterone production gradually decrease and estrogen production goes on the rise.
This would seem desirable for us here. However, this process is much to gradual. And occurs much to late in life to enjoy. That is why I have come to Transfemme, and started taking their supplement. I must say here, that I desire to go all the way. That is I wish to become a woman, the woman I believe I was ment to be. This will take a long term commitment for anyone wanting this. And you must be patient as well.
If you just want to have breasts then this is the place for you. However, the caution in another thread is that eventually erections will not be possible or at least very difficult to achieve and maintain. Not a totally undersirable side effect for a T-girl.
