Elena,

Thank you so much for joining in, not only on this topic but also the forum. We need fresh comments.

I live in Southeast Texas and have not heard of Kramer's. We have a GNC here that has some of what has been claimed to help in breast developement. Such as fenugreek, saw palmetto, etc.

Of course via the internet, these herbs as well as others are readily available. The latest one I've found is Pueraria Mirifica. An herb found only in Thailand. It has phenominal health benifits, in addition to boosting breast growth.

Look for it.

Hello, Karen K:

If someone is looking for some herbs and lives in Chicagoland area, I can suggest Kramer's Health Food Shoppe, which carries  a large assortment of various herbs. Ipersonally been there and was astonished by this large assortment of various herbs. Also, I had seen some natural herbs in Walgreens  like saw palmetto(in pills),

but it only mentions that it is good for a man's prostatic health  yet says nothing if it can also help in growing breasts as well. If you  need exact address of that great store , here it is:

Kramer's Health Food Shoppe  (312) 922-0077

230 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL

I don't know if this store is a part of a chain or independently owned.

Hope it helps

Best regards,

Elena

Richelle,

That's good advice. I'm glad you have a Transgender Clinic so close to you. I have to drive 2 hours to reach the closest TG clinic. This requires I take a day off from work to get to my appointments. Don't get me wrong though, it is worth it.

Transfemme,

Thanks for words of encouragement. I can't wait for the breast cream. Anything that helps further us along in our transformation is more than welcome.

A word about my state of mind. I don't know if it is the pills or just my own thoughts. But I am totally at peace with my decission to transition. I am patient and calm, not anxious nor am I afraid any more. This is the right thing and the right time for me.

Just thought I'd let the crowd here know.

Jenny Marie

Check out your local Transgender clinic in your area where you live.   I found one in my home town city.  They will help you information and services.   Sincerely Richelle

Hi all,

Just few words here. I've been on transfemme for 34 days. I sure everyone reading these posts are anxious for reports of results from anyone, and I am no different. As for me, I think I am feeling some tingling, mainly in my left breast, which, btw, is bigger than my right breast. Also I have noticed a breast "fold", a slight crease, beneath both left and right breast.

I don't want to make a big deal out of these "results" as I haven't seen an increase in size.

I take transfemme, 4 pills, twice daily, at 6 am and 6 pm. I also do the massages at night before bed. My dr. has recommended me for Hormone Therapy. But this won't start for at least two months.

Now, if transfemme would come through with their breast creme…………

Hey Jenny, that is a great start! 34 Days is still in the early stages as well, just have to give it some time for your body to adjust to its new form icon smile Message Forum

As far as the cream, they are being "labeled" as we speak! We will notify everyone immediately once they are live on the website sf kiss Message Forum

Justin,

We all welcome you, please feel free to ask questions. I, along with others here will try to answer you.

As for finding a therapist specializing in GID, the internet is a great place to start. I have suggested looking at http://www.tsroadmap.com and http://www.lynnconway.com for information. Try these and you may find what you're looking for.

Till then, good luck.

I'm not sure how to start but, I've known for a while that what I was feeeling wasn't normal.  I was curious what it would be like to be female.  I started lking into this and found ut that it's what has been diagnosed as GID and had found the transfeme site as well.  I've been taking the supplements for a few months but can't do much more because of where I work, which thankfully my contract is up in two years.  Right now I'm trying to find a theripist that deals with or has dealt with this and start going to them to further my goals of getting the surgery.

Dear Nikki,

Welcome to this thread. I agree, feminizing the voice is the least expensive step. It only requires hard work, and determination. The facial hair must be electrolyzed or lasered off. Lasers are quicker and less time consuming and less expensive as well. But not well suited to light colored hair.

As for HRT. Hormone therapy is the standard in the medical field for treatment of Gender Indentity Disorder (GID). However, there are draw backs to using hormones. As with any drug: results vary from person to person. You may not get the amount of feminization that you hope for. Also, I read recently, that large dosages of estrogen in males can cause blood clots and prostate cancer. These give me pause in pursuing HRT. That led me to find alternitive ways of feminization. Hence, this site. Also reseach phytoestrogens. There are many out there.

But, I want to give BB a fair test. I've only been on it for 17 days, I think I should take it a while longer to determine its effectiveness.

Good luck to you Nikki, and thanks for your input.

Karen

Dear Nikki,

I have now been on BBfor 25 days, Still waiting and watching. Sometimes I think I feel a bit of tingling in my breasts, more in the left than in the right. But this maybe wishful thinking as it is not constant.

I do have a correction on the post you quoted. I was incorrect in saying that HRT causes prostate cancer. In fact estrogen is sometimes used in treating prostate cancer. A happy side effect of that treatment, for some, is breast developement. But I don't want to make light of a serious disease.

HRT has been linked to a form of liver cancer. So please do your research before choosing a treatment plan.

BTW, just an update for everyone on the forum. On Monday, June 14, I have an appointment with my gender therapist. And on Friday, June 25, I have my first Laser Hair removal treatment for my beard! It these and other little things that make me feel as if I'm progressing toward my ultimate goal: being female.

May you, also feel that magic and achieve you goal as well.

Jenny M

P.S. I have changed my name. See my Introduction pages as to the why's. Trying to change my log-in as well.

Admin,

Thank you for those words of encouragement, they are greatly appreciated.

The reason I have posted as much as I have is it is my therapy. The posting give me an outlet for the turmoil in my mind. This desire I have has been building for a very long time, as I'm sure it has for all the t-girls out there.

I am finally committed to transition and I'm pinning my hopes on Transfemme and using all that you have availble. I, too, hope this becomes THE place for TG/TS girls with lots of participation.

Karen
