YouTube has several vlogs that are of interest to T-girls. Hormone effects MtF, is a good place to start. Also look for a vlog from minorqback entitled '14 months HRT'. It made me cry, a lot, but it shows the change in facial "softening", that's the only word I know that describes it. I do not know how old you are or what your facial features are like. I know that I will be needing to have Facial Feminization surgery to "complete" the picture so to speak. But I am 48 years old and have a lot of testosterone poisoning to over come.  ugh!

My Dr., a gender therapist, that is, said it will take up to 6 months on HRT for "changes" to be noticeable to others. Now, this is a combination of breast development, fat redistribution, larger hips/butt as well as softening of the face.

I would like to say this as far as your facial features, your voice, etc., there has been no changes reported.  I would ask that you all read the 4 weeks to 12 months transformation process as well as the disclaimer.
